As of 7.6.0, the BPA Audit universe was implemented for organizations that have publications audited by BPA. The base reports delivered with the BPA universe are intended to provide our customers with a tool that can be used to monitor their subscription data on a regular and ongoing basis so that data issues can be identified and resolved relatively close to the time they occur rather than months after the fact when the organization is in the middle of generating their audit reports.
