This online report generates an alphabetical list of committee members by position code and name. It provides member information at the individuals level to serve the needs of a professional association where individuals are members. Users can select the following parameters when generating the report from the Committees screen (CUS001T):
· Committee ID
· Committee Term Begin Date
· Committee Term End Date
The committee ID is passed to the report and committee members' employer company name is selected from Cus_Relationships (not Cus_Address_Detail).
Because this roster is an internal report, no communication flags are checked and the organization's logo is not included in the header. Customer ID numbers are included for the committee and its members and the member's position code is used rather than the description.
