This online report generates an alphabetical list of committee members by company represented. It provides member information at the member level to serve the needs of a trade association where companies are members. Users can select the following parameters when generating the report from the Committees screen (CUS001T):
· Committee
· Committee Term Begin Date
· Committee Term End Date
The committee ID is passed to the report and the name of the company represented by the member is selected from the Customer link to Com_Committee_Member.REPRESENTING_
MAST_CUST + REPRESENTING_SUB_CUST, rather than from the member's employer.
Because this roster is an internal report, no communication flags are checked, the organization's logo is not included in the header, and customer ID numbers are included for the committee and its members.
