This online report generates an alphabetical list of committee members by company represented, committee position, and name. Users can select the following parameters when generating the report from the Committees screen (CUS001T):
· Committee ID
· Committee Term Begin Date
· Committee Term End Date
The committee ID is passed to the report and the name of the company represented by the member is selected from the Customer link to Com_Committee_Member.REPRESENTING_
MAST_CUST + REPRESENTING_SUB_CUST, rather than from the member's employer.
Because this roster is an external report, the organization's logo is included in the header, no membership information is included, and position description is used instead of position code. Appropriate roster communication flags are checked and customer ID numbers are omitted for the committee and its members.
