Cancelling a Certification Registration

As of 7.6.0, you can cancel certification program registrations with a status of PENDING, UNDER_REVIEW, NOT_APPROVED, or EXPIRED.

To cancel a certification program registration:

1.    From the Personify360 main toolbar, select Certification Tracking > Registration and Tracking.

2.    Search for and select the existing registration.

3.    From the Registration and Tracking task category, click Cancel Registration.
The Certification Status is changed to "Cancelled".

4.    Click Save.
