Crystal Reports in Business Objects

Crystal Reports is an operational reporting application that is used to create reports from various data sources. Now part of the Business Objects product line, Crystal Reports is the reporting tool that is used in Personify360. Most users at an organization will continue to use Crystal Reports for their reporting needs. It is integrated into your Personify360 application, so that you can quickly and easily access reports using Personify360 database data.

 

This application provides flexible scheduling capabilities to enable you to process information when and where you need it with ease. Some events you could schedule a report around include your association’s financial calendar or an inventory update. Admin can also grant end users the ability to schedule a report to occur on a specific day each month, in a specific format (e.g., PDF), and to a specific printer. Any reports that relate in some way can also be processed and packaged together based on the parameters you set.
