Preparing Customer Records for BPA Audit

Prior to entering a subscription order for a customer, Personify recommends setting that customer up with all of necessary information for the BPA report to pick up. If this information is not entered prior to the customer ordering a subscription product, it will not be picked up automatically by the Fulfillment Process (SUB670) to create the audit data and will instead have to be entered manually.
