This Data Analyzer query report returns new customers that are created using the online nomination form are listed so they can be reviewed, to understand the volume of new customers received in this manner, and the quality of this data.
If you are concerned that duplicates may be entering your database via
the online award nomination form, this report indicates the results of
the matching process that occurs before a new customer record is created.
When a 100% match probability is detected, an existing customer record
is used rather than creating a new one. Lower probability matches will
result in new customer records, which can be reviewed and merged if necessary.
